Associate 运输 Coordinator - Full Time
The Associate 运输 Coordinator (ATC) helps manage the AHA transportation system to facilitate 学生’ safe transportation to and from AHA’s academic and co-curricular programs. The ATC also facilitates and monitors the care and cleaning of the buses and drives routes and 根据需要租船.

- Assist in the hiring, training, and retraining of 司机.
- Participate in the oversight and coordination of the school bus routing and driver scheduling process.
- To assist in planning and coordinating 实地考察旅行 and athletic trips for 菠菜网lol正规平台 and other schools.
- Check and secure buses after afternoon routes.
- Check 司机 in for afternoon routes.

- Communicate with customers about bus concerns (late buses, student issues, etc.).
- Assist in keeping buses clean and in good mechanical condition.
- Monitor and respond to radio calls.
- Assists 运输 Coordinator as requested with investigations of situations or conditions that could threaten the safety of 学生.
- Process invoicing for 实地考察旅行 and school activities.
- Help develop, implement, and administer transportation policies and regulations.
- Maintain ongoing communication with client schools to solve bus schedule problems.
- Help serve as a liaison among parents, 学校行政, and 司机 to provide an effective relationship between 菠菜网lol正规平台 and the community.
- Supervise and evaluate transportation 工作人员 members effectively and respectfully which leads to a continuously improved work process.
- Provide a working climate that encourages effective teams, 质量性能, and personal and professional growth opportunities.
- Instruct and support 司机 in proper discipline practices and reporting student behavior as needed.

工作资格:
- Possess a valid Class B license with school bus and passenger endorsement - preferred
- Possess a current DOT physical card - preferred
- Previous experience in transportation services and supervision is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, Google Workspace, Excel, Garmin maps.
- Frequent physical activity includes walking, cleaning, driving
